Our Booking Process

Thinking of choosing an It’s Partabulous entertainer to deliver your party or event entertainment? Here’s a short summary of our booking process from enquiry to delivery of your entertainment.

To make an enquiry, fill out and submit the short form here

  1. Submit an enquiry form via our Contact page with all of the requested details.
  2. Add info@itspartabulous.com to your email contacts list to ensure you receive our emails to your inbox.
  3. Within 24-48 hours you’ll receive an email with entertainer availability, a quotation and example party plan based on your requests. 
  4. You can then pencil your date and time slot with us. Please make this request by email. We will then hold this for 5 working days whilst you find/secure your venue and finalise details.
  5. We only accept bookings 8 weeks prior to a party or event date to 100% ensure entertainer availability. We will hold your pencil indefinitely for enquires made in advance of 8 weeks.
  6. To proceed with your booking, we require confirmation that your venue is secured (please provide us with the full postal address and access time at your venue prior to the party/event). We’ll then email you an entertainment contract for deposit payment.
  7. It is at this point that your date and time slot is provisionally booked.
  8. Simply sign and return your contract by email with a deposit payment by bank transfer within 5 working days to complete your booking.
  9. Once we’ve received your deposit, we’ll email you a receipt detailing the remaining balance and provide confirmation of your booking.
  10. We’ll then contact you the Monday prior to your party/event date to provide you with your finalised party plan and to further request a list of names of the children attending so that your entertainer can produce the name stickers that will be provided on the day. We will also finalise any EXTRAS fees associated with your booking at this point.
  11. Your entertainer will text you on the day of your party/event to confirm that they are on their way and to advise you of their arrival time at your venue.
  12. After the delivery of the entertainment, please pay the remaining entertainment fee, in cash, directly to your entertainer.
  13. After your party or event, we’ll email you a receipt and request your feedback by rating us on Google and/or providing a testimonial via our online feedback form.
