Please submit an enquiry form with all of the requested details via our ‘Contact’ page. We will then email you to confirm entertainer availability for your chosen date and location and further provide you with a quotation and example party plan based on your requests.
No. Once you’ve submitted your enquiry and received your quotation and example party plan from us, you can then pencil your date and time in our party diary and we’ll hold this for 5 working days to give you time to decide.
We require £100 deposit by bank transfer – (£150-200 for larger party or event requests). The remaining balance should be paid in cash directly to your entertainer following delivery of the entertainment.
We accept BACS and Cash payments only.
Yes, we are happy to adapt our party plans to accommodate 2, 3 or even 4 birthday children. There is charge of £20 per additional birthday child within your party.
No. Although we offer 40 party themes you do not have to choose one specific theme for your party. We can simply host games without a character or theme, but match the games and references to the current interests of the birthday child/children attending your party or event.
To give you the best quality and quantity of entertainment during your 2-hour party or event, we recommend no more than 35 children with a single entertainer.
To ensure the best delivery of our entertainment we always recommend that you hire a local hall with enough capacity for the number of children and adults attending your party or event.
Yes, you can host your party at home. If using an indoor space ensure as much as possible that there is a clear and uncluttered space, of a suitable size, for the children to play games, dance and have fun without injuring themselves or causing damage to your interiors. If using an outdoor space/garden at home, make sure that there is ample cover i.e. a marquee to use for all weather scenarios, and that there is safe access to power and a table for your entertainer’s equipment.
Our entertainers are professional and reliable. We have never cancelled a booking in our 11-year history. We are in touch with you every step of the way, from your initial enquiry, to the day of your party or event delivery. You’ll receive an email from us the week of your party or event plus a call from your entertainer 2 days before. Your entertainer will also text you on the day to confirm that they are on their way. Our aim is to provide a stress-free experience.
